The project contains reconstruction of the entrance zone, out restoration of masonry interior space housing the lobby to create an interior in the style of «loft, there also have been completely restored the ventilation system, air conditioning, electricity. A special feature of this project is using original decoration materials, unique lighting fixtures, using design elements in the interior trim which is made of "black" metal.
